Some services or engagements require a custom scope and proposal. Final pricing, timing, deliverables, payment terms, and other service conditions will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

No guarantee of outcomes

Sobremesa does not guarantee employment, interviews, promotions, admission, funding, business results, organizational outcomes, or any other specific result.

Leadership-development boundaries

Sobremesa’s leadership-development services are developmental and professional in nature. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, crisis support, or a substitute for services from an appropriately qualified or regulated professional.

If a need falls outside Sobremesa’s services, Sobremesa may decline the engagement or suggest that the person seek a different kind of support.
