Sobremesa Consulting is committed to creating respectful and accessible experiences for people who visit the website, make an inquiry, or participate in a service.
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. Sobremesa will continue to notice barriers, learn from feedback, and improve its website, communications, documents, and service processes over time.
Website accessibility
Sobremesa aims to make the website clear, understandable, and usable by as many people as possible.
This includes working toward clear page structure and descriptive headings; readable type, spacing, and colour contrast; meaningful link and button text; alternative text for informative images; keyboard-accessible navigation and forms; clearly labelled form fields and instructions; plain-language content where appropriate; and documents and resources that can be used with common assistive technologies where reasonably possible.
Sobremesa uses Squarespace. Some aspects of website accessibility may depend on features or components provided by Squarespace or another third party.
Sobremesa uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, currently WCAG 2.2, as a reference for ongoing improvement. This statement does not claim that every page, file, or third-party feature fully conforms to a particular WCAG level.
Service accessibility and accommodations
People engage with information, communication, reflection, and learning in different ways.
If a barrier may affect your ability to make an inquiry or participate in a service, you are invited to share what would make the process more accessible. Depending on the service and the need, this might include receiving information in another reasonably available format; adjusting how information or instructions are presented; using a different method of participating or responding; allowing additional time for reading, reflection, or processing; discussing communication, scheduling, sensory, or technology needs; or identifying another practical adjustment together.
You do not need to provide a diagnosis through the website or public inquiry form. Please describe the barrier or adjustment you would like Sobremesa to consider without including sensitive medical information.
Sobremesa will discuss requests respectfully and work with you to identify a reasonable approach. Some requests may require additional planning or may not be possible within a particular service, platform, timeframe, or scope. If a requested adjustment cannot be provided, Sobremesa will try to explain the limitation and explore a reasonable alternative.

If you cannot access information on the website or need a Sobremesa document in another reasonably available format, please email info@sobremesaconsulting.com.
Include the name or description of the information you need and the format or adjustment that would be helpful. Please do not include sensitive medical information.
Reporting an accessibility barrier
Feedback helps Sobremesa identify and address barriers.
If you encounter an accessibility issue, please email info@sobremesaconsulting.com with the page, document, form, or service involved; a brief description of the barrier; the format or adjustment that may help; and your email address if you would like a response.
Sobremesa will acknowledge your message within two business days. Resolving a particular barrier may take longer depending on the issue, platform, or solution required. Accessibility feedback will be handled according to the Privacy Notice.
Third-party content and services
The website may link to or use content, platforms, or services provided by third parties. Sobremesa does not control every aspect of their accessibility, but welcomes feedback when a third-party feature creates a barrier in the Sobremesa experience.
Updates
This page will be reviewed as the website, services, and accessibility practices develop. The current version will be posted with its effective or updated date.
