The conversation combines a coaching approach with practical advisory support. It is offered as leadership advisory, not credentialed professional coaching, therapy, counselling, mental-health care, or clinical assessment. This is one focused session rather than ongoing support.

For everyday, new and emerging, or established leaders who want to develop a specific skill, strengthen confidence, navigate a transition, or build a more intentional leadership practice over time.
An initial goals and fit conversation
Four 60-minute advisory sessions
Reflection and practical experimentation between sessions
Selected tools or resources relevant to the agreed focus
A final plan for continuing the practice beyond the series
